The stability of any organization lies within the integrity of the connection between the structure and its members. Our mission is to provide an atmosphere of leading edge, collaborative facilitation along with tangible hands on methods, through the art of Welding, within a safe environment that allows you to play with FIRE!. Delivering an interactive, strangely relative and adaptive "Real World" experience that aligns to your Mission and will stimulate and exercise "Creative thought and action" through the dynamic process of making something exist, that we call, the process of "Making Ideas Tangible".
These one-of-a-kind team-fusing events provide a hands-on, applicable experience that will strengthen the integrity of the structure and the connection of its members, further represented by the Idea of structure as the organization and you, the individuals, as its members. As a team, you will design and build you as the ideal, fit and adaptive team, using the very best of your collective ingredients, ready and eager to fulfill your Mission! Through the art of welding and the physical making process of a sculptural object that reflects this idea, you will build, as a team, a physical object and team mascot that connects you all to your One Mission and Vision of yourselves performing at your highest potential!
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that adds to your effectiveness as productive agents, through the tools and abilities you will learn here. When diligently applied, you are adding to you, as an individual, the team that you are a part of, the mission that you are in action for, the vision that you align too and the public that you serve.
"The you will weld demo that my group participated in was a DPS board of education member (Happy Haynes) and two program directors - This was great exposure to a refreshing way to look at one's self and team. We not only became more skilled at welding, something I never imagined I would be able to do "like a pro" (!), but we all also gained a new appreciation for fire, air and for me, the big ah-ha was the element of patience that, for our work, turned out a better product. Patience a big lesson for me! This workshop in welding would be an excellent team building effort of a work team, project or class group. Appropriate for 8th-12th grades, administrators and teachers. The Event Mission
Objective
The objective of our team fusing events are to provide a real world hands on team experience that uses the art of Welding as a tangible metaphor to understanding the critical nature of every intersecting connection point between a structure and its members.
In addition to revealing the potential problems and opportunities each intersection creates, it is our objective to equip you with the tools to apply creative solutions that make sustainable connections between the structure and its members, both individually and as a collective team.
Making your team productive agents that are fit for the adaptive world we live within.
The Task - "Making Ideas Tangible"
Through the process of "Making an Idea Tangible" you will interactively design and build a structure that connects to each of its members, those members being a representation of you, as well as being made by you through the art of welding! This sculptural object or Team Mascot will be yours to take away with you to stand proud within your organization, as a tangible reminder of the integrity, strength and creativity that makes you the team that you are!
Our Team-fusing events are specially designed to meet your needs while at the same time remaining flexible. We create a level playing field where each member of the team shares equal importance and tasks, that means everyone will have contributed to the "Idea that’s Made Tangible"
In addition to the Team Building event, we also offer the added benefit of having Kriss Wittman, from Wittman Studios to join us and visually capture and record your event through the visual art of Graphic Recording. Kriss works interactively within the fabric of the team, and is one of only a handful of Graphic recorders throughout the West USA. Kriss brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to create a powerful graphic map of your historic event. Highly recommended!

You will be learning in an inspiring atmosphere that was intentionally designed and built over 50 years ago to accommodate and provide a dedicated public service, through Denver’s Firemen and women. That intention continues to shine through the very fabric of Working Art today as we further develop the environment that will accommodate a part of your life-long learning and the skills you will obtain here.

Khabir Salahadyn has been teaching and leading youth and adult groups for over 20 years. A master builder, educator, fine art and Industrial certified structural welder, Khabir balances his alchemical mastery with his knowledge of self that inspires an experience for his individual and collective student groups that invokes a refreshed and accomplished confidence, a connection to creating and ability's and tools that can be applied to work and to life in general.

Ceri Jones Salahadyn brings over 20 years experience of a diverse repetoire of International, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, educational and creative, General Management and Leadership experience to facilitate a dynamic, interactive and relevant experience, through our hands on team building workshops. As Khabir leads the group through the process of "Making Ideas Tangible" Ceri will simultaneously facilitate the connection between your team and your goals during the process of "ideas being made tangible" with Khabir and your teams own capable hands!
Ceri is one of those rare individuals who can rapidly determine a business objective and then ensure that it is effectively communicated, implemented and delivered. Much of this stems from a clarity of purpose married to a very real understanding of human nature and what makes people tick. Her work within the USA amply demonstrated this where she built a culture in which people could grow both as individuals but more importantly, as part of a team.
